Shipping in the U.S.

Shipping is free to all addresses in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, regardless of the size of your order. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service.

You can request an alternate method such as FedEx, UPS, or Express Mail and pay the costs associated with these services by contacting us by calling 877.851.2813 or filling out our online form.

Shipping Internationally

International orders cannot be placed online.

To place an international order, contact us by calling 877.851.2813 or filling out our online form.

Please be aware of your local countries' customs laws. You might have to pay duty and taxes on your order as it enters your country. If your package is refused and sent back to us, we will credit you for the order minus the shipping costs.

We accept only credit cards as a method of payment for international orders.

Shipping fees and insurance are paid for by the customer. The price of shipping will be determined by weight. We ship all International orders via the USPS, either Priority or Express service.

Items Not in Stock

We will contact you if a product you order is not in stock. The product will be shipped to you immediately upon arrival to our facility.

Returns

We will accept any unopened product within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of special orders and probiotics.

Notify us by calling 877.851.2813 or filling out our online form prior to the return of your merchandise. You will be issued a Return Authorization code. All returned products are subject to a 20% return fee.
