How to place
an order:
1. Shop online using our SECURE shopping cart.
2. Call Customer Service at (404) 266-0386 between 10-6 EST, Monday-Friday.
3. E-mail Customer Service at Customercare@wellnessworks.net
Shopping Online:
Use our SECURE shopping cart for an easier and quicker way to
order. Once
you've added all your items to the basket, click on the
Checkout button.
After you order, you will receive an email confirming the items
you ordered,
and your shipping and billing addresses. It will not transmit
your credit
card information.
Ordering
by phone or mail:
Browse through our site, fill out your cart, and when you are
ready to
place the order call Customer Service at (404)266-0386
and read
directly from your screen. OR, print out the shopping cart
page, write
your credit card number and expiration date on the printout and mail it to:

What
is our Return Policy?
We will accept any unopened product within 30 days of receipt,
with the
exception of special requests and probiotics. These items are
non-refundable. Probiotics on our site include Repleniss, Fortefy, FloraElite and any other product that requires refrigeration.
We ask that you notify us prior to the return of your
merchandise. You will be issued a Return Authorization code.
All returned goods are subject to a 10% return
fee.

are looking for an item and you don't see it listed on our
site. We can
special order many more items than we currently stock. Please call our office at (404) 266-0386 if you do not see a specific brand that you need. Please
note that while we will make our best effort to fulfill your
request,
we cannot guarantee that we can offer you the entire line of a
certain
brand. All special request items are FINAL SALE.
