Shipping
We ship all orders via the USPS.
Shipping is free to anywhere in the U.S. regardless of the size
of your order. Delivery could take anywhere between 1-5 days, but is not guaranteed.
You can request a faster method such as Fed Ex, UPS or Express Mail and pay
the costs associated with these services. Please email us after you have finalized
your order, so we can quote you a price.
Backordered
items
Any items that are not in stock at the time of your order
will be sent
as soon as they arrive at our facility. You will be notified via email if there is an extended backorder on any items that you ordered. In case of backorder, you will have the option of receiving your order in two separate shipments at no additional charge.
Do
you ship internationally?
Yes, to most places. To place an international order, you must email Customercare@wellnessworks.net or call customer service at (404) 266-0386 between 10-6 EST, Monday-Friday. International orders cannot be placed online.
Please be aware of your local countries' customs laws; if your
package
is refused and sent back to us, we will credit you for the
order minus
the shipping costs. Remember that you might have to pay taxes on
your order
as it enters your country.
We accept only credit cards as a method of payment for
international orders.
The price of shipping will be determined by weight.
We ship all International orders via the USPS, either Priority or Express service.
