Suggested Use:
For children 8 years of age and older, take 3 capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, take in 2 or 3 divided doses. If desired, capsules may be opened and contents mixed into cold food.

Do not take if you are pregnant, nursing, or if you have a history of epilepsy or seizure disorders. Do not use without the supervision of your healthcare practitioner if you are taking warfarin, or any blood thinning drugs. If you are taking any other prescription drugs, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
