Karuna uses a purified butterbur extract to make MigraMAXX. Purification ensures that toxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PA) are removed from the plant. Butterbur works to support normal vascular tone and nerve sensitivity.

This formula also includes magnesium, which plays a role in vascular tone and reactivity, and riboflavin, which helps support normal mitochondrial functions related to the absence of head pain. This supplement is free of excipients and preservatives.

Suggested Use:
