Indolplex by Integrative Therapeutics is formulated to provide a more bioavailable, stable form of DIM (diindolylmethane), which may help support hormone balance and breast health by helping regulate normal estrogen metabolism.

DIM, or diindolylmethane, is a substance derived from cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and cabbage.

This supplement contains a form a DIM that is more readily absorbed and stable than other kinds. It may help support the following:

Total Carbohydrate 1g
---Dietary Fiber < 1g
Indolplex Complex 240 mg

Other Ingredients: cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), silicon dioxide, modified food starch, magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use:
Adults take 1 capsule daily with food. If extra support is required, take 2 capsules with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
