Karuna sources it from quality, natural fatty acid ester extract. This complex also includes mixed fatty acid cetyl esters.

Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily on an empty stomach, about 30 to 45 minutes before meals, or just prior to meals, for 40 days, then as needed, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution: The use of alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and tea may reduce effectiveness if taken within 5 hours of use.
